To schedule an initial appointment, please call the office number and leave a message for Dr. Chernin in his voicemail. He will call you back as soon as possible. At the first visit, Dr. Chernin will gather background information and discuss your concerns in order to make an initial plan.

Current Patients

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide 24-hour notice. You may leave a message in Dr. Chernin's voicemail, and he will call you back.

If you need to contact Dr, Chernin due to an urgent situation, please call the office number, leave your message, and then press *12. Dr. Chernin will be notified and will return your call in a timely manner, typically within an hour.
